Maybe this is the last time time changes....

Got word this week of a new trend arising in Oregon's RV parks and campgrounds,  although I do not really follow the goings on in Salem, there has been a lot of ORS changes that impact hotel, RV, Temporary shelter, Parking, Homeless, Immigrant, tenting, camping, and overnight vehicle sleeping (plus more), apparently after the Medford, Bend, and Florence court cases.

one of my campground host acquaintenences advised me Newport and other RV parks are having a run of people simply pulling into an empty space, hooking up, and staying... no payment needed, I have rights under ORS#xxxxxx , owners, police, sheriffs are bound to the new law and trespass does not work.

So, to protect us, we simply are now parking in our two unoccupied spaces overnight... daytime we must simply be vigilant to unauthorized visitors, and share the word if we are invaded with a RV that is unapproved.   Apparently, it (currently) is now nearly impossible to extricate these invaders (legally) per the new rules.

And "that" is the news !!  pretty boring around here, lets keep it that way.
